Cancellation, return & exchange

By law, you have a 14-day right of cancellation. At iNNEDE eDITION, you always have a 10-day right of cancellation and return. In case of exchange or return, send the goods in the same condition as they arrived. Returns should always be handed in at a postal agent and not placed in yellow mailboxes. Always fill in the enclosed return form. Please use the enclosed return label which you can attach to the return parcel. The cost of return shipping (currently SEK 49) will be charged to you as a customer. Please note that we do not refund the cost of express shipping or any shipping option that is more expensive than our standard delivery on a return. Standard shipping is only refundable if the entire order is returned. Otherwise, refunds only apply to the price of the product. If you regret your purchase or want to make an exchange, you are responsible for the return shipping. Of course, the right of cancellation, return and exchange does not apply if the product is used. Complaints about used, unwashed garments are not processed.

The amount of your return will be credited using the same payment method you chose when you ordered, but not until the item has been received and checked by us. The return process can take up to two weeks.

If you paid with Klarna invoice and are going to make a return:
Did you know that you can go to Klarna.se or the Klarna app and pause the invoice? Then go to the relevant purchase and click on ‘Report return’. The invoice will then be paused automatically until we at Miss Mary have received your return. If you have returned part of the purchase, you will then receive an updated invoice for what you have chosen to keep.

Unfortunately, we cannot handle exchanges. We ask you to return the item and place a new order for the item you want instead.
